Penn Wharton Budget Model, AEI, the Brookings Institution, and the Burch Center for Tax Policy and Public Finance at UC Berkeley are co-organizing a free one-day event in DC titled “Federal Debt: The Baseline and Options for Reform.”

Experts from academia (including our Faculty Director Kent Smetters), government, and industry will discuss the federal government’s current fiscal track, its causes and consequences, and what can be done to put us back on a sustainable path.
