Dr. Troshkin received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Minnesota, where he was awarded the Mary and Robert Litterman Fellowship. His research addresses the contracting and macroeconomic aspects of public policies, and seeks to advance our understanding of the interconnections between broader uncertainty, economic incentives, and public policies. His work has been published in top general-interest journals as well as in the leading field journals.
