Eli Cheam Shapiro

Eli Cheam Shapiro is an applied economics researcher with a focus on fiscal policy and public investment. Before joining PWBM, he was a predoctoral researcher in the Department of Economics at Trinity College Dublin, a research assistant at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, and a data replicator for The Economic Journal. In June 2025, he earned an M.Res. in Economics from Sciences Po, Paris.
